SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at BOUGIE BODIES. Please read our shipping policy thoroughly. All Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during these times. If there will be a significant delay in ship ment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone number listed on your order.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel 100% confident purchasing from Bougie Bodies, so we offer a 10 day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days to send back unworn merchandise with all tags still attached and in original packaging for a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality inspection and approval process prior to refund and need to be in the following condition to qualify for a refund: The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original package. It must be free of odors, stains, hair, and any signs of wear, such as stretched out or wrinkled. All items that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and can be sent pack to the customer. The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please submit your request through: sales@bougiebodies.com. Please include the following:
- Order number
- First and last name on order
- Reason for requesting return
- If you are exchanging, the reason and size if applicable
- Any pictures you would like to include
REFUND POLICY
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with a certain amount of days. Sales item may not be refunded.
